When to use lotion ?
- After a cleansing milk, to complete the removal and rinsing of the milk.
- After a water cleaner, to neutralize water hardness.
- Alone, in the morning, to wake up the complexion.
- Before using your night cream.
How to use your facial lotion properly?
- Do not allow wet skin to air dry as this increases the risk of dehydration.
- Do not rub the skin when drying it, this avoids unnecessary irritation.
- Pat gently with a clean tissue or towel.

Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday through to Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, at your choice.

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from the moment it leaves our premises to your delivery point.

Delivery is free for relay point collection on orders over €49 and for home delivery on orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will be delivered against a signature.

You can return your product easily within a period of 14 days. You will then have the choice of making an exchange or obtaining a refund.
