> How to track the progress of your order?

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number.

Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

All orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday evening are shipped on Monday.

We make every effort to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days .

> What are the delivery costs in France?

We offer several delivery methods:

1. Delivery to a Relay Point via Mondial Relay, free for purchases over €49.
2. Free home delivery to your mailbox for purchases over €69.
3. Home delivery against signature offered, and systematic, for orders over €130, for increased security.
   

> Deliveries abroad

We currently ship to Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Luxembourg, and Spain. Except for Sothys products, which are exclusively available for the French market. More details are provided in the dedicated table below.

For delivery to Switzerland, we ship orders with Colissimo or UPS. The package will be delivered to you upon signature. The buyer will be required to pay customs fees amounting to 8.1% of the total order amount. For orders under 63 Swiss francs, the buyer is exempt from these fees.

> How to make a return?

You can easily return your product within 14 days.
