Shipping to Europe

Delivery to Europe

Institut Kallista ships its cosmetic treatments throughout metropolitan France and Europe.

As with France, every order placed before 1 p.m. from Monday to Friday is prepared and shipped the same day. Any order validated after 1 p.m. will be prepared and shipped on the next business day. We do not carry out any preparation or shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Order tracking

When your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email as well as your tracking number to follow the progress of your order.

Delivery to Europe

We ship all our Guinot, Thalgo, LPG, Maria Galland, and Mary Cohr products throughout Europe.

Sothys products cannot be shipped outside of France.

Delivery method

For European countries, delivery is only made to the home, with or without signature, with the UPS carrier.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 5 business days from shipment. They may vary depending on different factors: weather and climatic conditions, social movements, public holidays, or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Deadlines are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Institut Kallista ships your Guinot, Thalgo, LPG, Maria Galland, and Mary Cohr treatments to several European countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Cyprus, Greece and all other countries located in Europe.

Sothys products cannot be shipped outside of France.

Delivery costs vary between €6.20 and €9.90, depending on the shipping country and the order amount. They are calculated and displayed at the time of payment as soon as you have entered your delivery address.
