Here are the products that make up this routine:
- Ultra-Comforting Serum - 20 ml: This highly concentrated serum helps reduce the appearance of redness and skin reactions to external aggressors. You'll rediscover soothed skin, restored balance, and a redness-free complexion.
- Ultra-Comforting Cream - 50ml: this cream with a soft and fine texture immediately comforts skin with occasional or permanent diffuse redness.
The beauty ritual to follow:
- Step 1: Start by removing makeup and cleansing your skin with products suitable for skin prone to redness.
- Step 2: Apply the Ultra-Comforting Serum to the entire face or locally to the affected areas.
- Step 3: Finish your routine by applying the Ultra-Comforting Cream
The Ultra-Comforting Serum comes in a 20ml format allowing you to follow a 21-day course, in addition to the ampoules.
For optimal results, we recommend adding the Comforting Concentrate, an intensive 7-day treatment, to this pack.
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday through to Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, at your choice.
> How can I track the progress of my order?
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from the moment it leaves our premises to your delivery point.
> What are the delivery costs in France?
Delivery is free for relay point collection on orders over €49 and for home delivery on orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will be delivered against a signature.

> How do I make a return?
You can return your product easily within a period of 14 days. You will then have the choice of making an exchange or obtaining a refund.

A return fee of €4.90 may be applied depending on the reason for your return.
