> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Any order placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday through Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
We do our best to deliver your order within 2 to 5 business days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, whichever you prefer.
> How can you track your order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You’ll then be able to track its progress from the time it leaves our facility to your delivery location.
> What are the shipping costs in France?
Shipping is free to a pickup point for orders of €49 or more and to your home for orders of €69 or more.
Any order over 130€ must be signed for upon delivery.

Shipping costs for Europe start at €4.90. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the shopping cart during checkout.
> How do I make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You’ll then have the option to exchange it or receive a refund.

A return fee of €4.90 may apply depending on the reason for your return.
