Why use specific products for oily skin?
Oily skin, like all skin types, has specific needs and therefore requires tailored care. Oily skin doesn't mean it doesn't need hydration. Oily skin is caused by an overproduction of sebum. It's essential to regulate this overproduction while continuing to deeply hydrate the skin.
How do I know if I have oily skin?
Oily skin is characterized by the following:
- Shiny skin
- Enlarged/visible pores
- Imperfections: pimples, blackheads...
The skin can be oily all over the face or just on the T-zone (forehead, nose, chin)
This Guinot product duo will allow you to effectively treat oily skin to reduce excess sebum, shine, enlarged pores and imperfections.
The ideal routine
- Cleanse your skin thoroughly (makeup removal + cleansing)
- Gently dry your skin
- Apply AcniLogic Serum all over your face
- Then apply the Pure Balance Cream
- Repeat this routine morning and evening for at least 1 consecutive month to obtain significant results
- Complete your routine by using the Guinot Pure Balance Mask
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.
> What are the delivery costs in France?
Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.

We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.
> How to make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.
