1. Place your hands on either side of your nose. Apply 3 pressure strokes from the center of your face outward.
2. Smooth the forehead with one hand, the other smooths the neck from the oval of the face towards the décolleté. Finish with light pressure at the level of the interbrow and the sternum. Breathe deeply. 3 times.
1. Smooth the eye contour from the inner corner to the temples. Apply 3 gentle pressures to the temples. 3 times.

Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Any order placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday through Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
