As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number.

> What are the delivery times?

Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

All orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday evening are shipped on Monday.

We make every effort to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days .

> What are the delivery costs in France?

We offer several delivery methods:

1. Click&Collect offered at the Kallista Institute in Veigy-Foncenex.
2. Free delivery to a Relay Point or Post Office for purchases over €49.
3. Free home delivery to your mailbox for purchases over €69.
4. Home delivery against signature offered, and systematic, for orders over €130, for increased security.
5. Free home and Chronopost delivery for orders over €300.
