Use : Simply shake the bottle gently by turning it upside down to mix the 2 makeup remover phases. Apply using a cotton pad (eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows and lips) then rinse with fresh water to remove any residue.
Kallista Tips: Shake the fluid so that the two phases are mixed.

> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 p.m. Monday to Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday through to Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, at your choice.
> How can I track the progress of my order?
As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from the moment it leaves our premises to your delivery point.
> What are the delivery costs in France?
Delivery is free for relay point collection on orders over €49 and for home delivery on orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will be delivered against a signature.

> How do I make a return?
You can return your product easily within a period of 14 days. You will then have the choice of making an exchange or obtaining a refund.

A return fee of €4.90 may be applied depending on the reason for your return.
