How do I receive my digital gift card?
Choose your desired amount, add the gift card to your cart, and complete your order. Once payment is accepted, you'll instantly receive your digital gift card via email. The email will contain our store name, the card's value, and a PIN that will allow you to make purchases on our website.
What if it's a gift?
Simply forward the validation code in the email to the recipient. You can also forward the email you received directly so the recipient has all the necessary information.
How to use the digital gift card?
Make your product selection on our site and add them to your cart.
After validating your shopping cart, at checkout, simply enter the gift card code. The gift card can be used multiple times.
> How to track the progress of your order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number.
Would you like to receive notifications of this shipment via SMS? Simply enter your mobile phone number in the "order options" section. This service is free.
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
All orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday evening are shipped on Monday.
We make every effort to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days .
> What are the delivery costs in France?
We offer several delivery methods:
- Click&Collect offered at the Kallista Institute in Veigy-Foncenex.
- Free delivery to a Relay Point or Post Office for purchases over €49.
- Free home delivery to your mailbox for purchases over €69.
- Home delivery against signature offered, and systematic, for orders over €130, for increased security.
- Free home and Chronopost delivery for orders over €300.

We currently ship to Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Luxembourg, and Spain. Except for Sothys products, which are exclusively available for the French market. For more details, click on the DELIVERY tab at the bottom of the website.
> How to make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the option of exchanging it or receiving a refund.
