> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Any order placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Friday through Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
We do our best to deliver your order within 2 to 5 business days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, whichever you prefer.

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then track its progress from the time it leaves our facility to your delivery point.

Shipping is free to a pickup point for orders of €49 or more and to your home for orders of €69 or more.
Any order over €130 must be signed for upon delivery.
To return an item, please contact customer service directly at bonjour@institut-kallista.com or submit a request through your customer account. A return fee of €4.90 may apply depending on the reason for your return.
We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via UPS.
