The Guinot Bento, or Guinot lunch box, allows you to take your pre-prepared meal with you on the go. The Guinot Bento comes with three bamboo cutlery sets: a knife, fork, and spoon.
Its design is elegant and refined. Enjoy the Guinot Bento made from bamboo fiber with its lid and 16cm bamboo cutlery.
Its airtight lid will allow you to properly store your meal. The elastic is super strong and holds your cutlery perfectly. In addition, its generous size of 20x10x5.6cm will contain the perfect amount of food to properly satiate you.
Please note: the Guinot Bento is not microwave-safe. Only the white container is dishwasher-safe.
> How to track the progress of your order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, specifying your tracking number.

> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
All orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. Friday through Sunday evening are shipped on Monday.
We make every effort to deliver to you within 2 to 5 working days .
> What are the delivery costs in France?
We offer several delivery methods:
- Click&Collect offered at the Kallista Institute in Veigy-Foncenex.
- Free delivery to a Relay Point or Post Office for purchases over €49.
- Free home delivery to your mailbox for purchases over €69.
- Home delivery against signature offered, and systematic, for orders over €130, for increased security.
- Free home and Chronopost delivery for orders over €300.

We currently ship to Belgium, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Luxembourg, and Spain. Except for Sothys products, which are exclusively available for the French market. For more details, click on the DELIVERY tab at the bottom of the website.
> How to make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the option of exchanging it or receiving a refund.
