Directions for use : 1 stick per day, in the morning, to be diluted in a large glass of water (200-250 ml) and consumed immediately.
Kallista Tip : For a refreshing shot, dilute 1 stick in 100ml of kiwi juice and 150ml of sparkling water. For a gourmet shot, dilute 1 stick in 200ml of apple juice and add a pinch of cinnamon.
