Free Samples at Institut Kallista: How it Works, Selection, and Conditions

At Institut Kallista, samples are not just an extra slipped into your package. They are an invitation to discover, to test, to confirm that a product truly suits your skin before you finalize your order.

We know that a texture, a scent, or a feeling can make all the difference. That's why we've set up a clear and simple system to allow you to choose the brand that's right for you.

2 free samples with purchases of €25 or more

For purchases of €25 or more on our website, you will receive 2 free samples of the brand of your choice, while stocks last.

The offer is applied automatically when the threshold is met and the selection is correctly validated in your cart. Even if multiple sample lines are added to the cart, intentionally or not, only a maximum of 2 units will be sent per order. This rule ensures fair management for all our customers, especially during periods of high demand.

How to choose your samples

The choice is made directly in your cart, before payment.

In the "I would like to receive as a gift" section, click on the black "Choose other samples" button. You can then select the brand you wish to discover or continue to test.

You can choose from our partner brands:

  • Maria Galland
  • Mary Cohr

You select the brand, and we take care of the rest.

Can I choose a specific product?

It is not possible to choose a specific sample. Products are added randomly from the available references at the time your order is prepared.

These may include face creams, serums, masks, scrubs, body care products, or new arrivals. This sometimes leads to wonderful discoveries beyond your usual routine.

The important point to check

For your samples to be correctly added to your package, the corresponding line must clearly appear in the order summary and on your confirmation email.

If this line is not visible, we unfortunately cannot add samples after validation. Our teams prepare orders based on the information confirmed at the time of payment.

Before finalizing your order, simply take a few seconds to verify that everything is correctly indicated.

If the sample line does not appear, it may reappear once you have cleared your browser's cache. Here's how to do it: 

Example, on Google Chrome:

  • Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner
  • Then click on "Clear browsing data"
  • Change the time range to "All time"
  • Check each item
  • Click on "Clear data"
