Samples offered at Institut Kallista: how it works, selection and conditions

At Institut Kallista, samples are not simply an extra item slipped into a package. They are an invitation to discover, test, and confirm that a product truly suits your skin before placing your order.

We know that texture, fragrance, or feel can make all the difference. That's why we've implemented a clear and simple process to help you choose the brand that's right for you.

2 free samples with any purchase of €25 or more

With any purchase of €25 or more on our website, you will receive 2 free samples from the brand of your choice, subject to availability.

The offer is automatically applied when the threshold is reached and the selection is correctly validated in your shopping cart. Even if multiple lines of samples are added to the cart, whether intentionally or not, only a maximum of 2 units will be sent per order. This rule ensures fair management for all our customers, especially during periods of high demand.

How to choose your samples

The selection is made directly in your shopping cart, before payment.

In the "As a gift I would like to receive" section, click on the black "Choose other samples" button. You can then select the brand you wish to discover or continue testing.

You can choose from our partner houses:

  • Mary Cohr

You select the brand, and we take care of the rest.

Can we choose a specific product?

It is not possible to choose a specific sample. Products are added randomly from the available items at the time your order is prepared.

This could include face creams, serums, masks, scrubs, body care products, or even new releases. It sometimes leads to wonderful discoveries beyond your usual routine.

The important point to check

To ensure your samples are correctly added to your package, the corresponding line must appear clearly in the order summary as well as on your confirmation email.

If this line is not visible, we unfortunately will not be able to add samples after validation. Our teams prepare orders based on the information confirmed during payment.

Before finalizing your order, simply take a few seconds to check that everything is correctly indicated.

If the sample line doesn't appear, it may reappear after you clear your browser cache. Here's how:

  • Change the period to "All data"
  • Check each item
  • Click on "Delete data"
