Delivery France & Europe
The Kallista Institute ships its cosmetic treatments to France and Europe.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) are prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. are prepared and shipped the next business day. No orders are prepared or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to track your order in real time.
Delivery in France
We ship our Sothys, Guinot, Thalgo, LPG, Maria Galland and Mary Cohr products to Metropolitan France and Corsica.
Delivery method
We offer several delivery options:
- Delivery to a collection point via Mondial Relay, free for orders over €49.
- Free home delivery to your mailbox for orders over €69.
- Free and automatic home delivery with signature confirmation is offered for orders over €130, for enhanced security.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 5 working days from dispatch. They vary depending on the selected carrier and current logistical conditions (peak periods, weather conditions, social unrest or exceptional circumstances beyond our control).
The deadlines are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery in Europe
The Kallista Institute ships your Guinot, Thalgo, LPG, Maria Galland and Mary Cohr treatments to several European countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany.
Sothys products cannot be shipped outside of France. If you wish to order Sothys treatments, please contact us directly by email: bonjour@institut-kallista.com or via online chat.
Shipments within Europe are made via the carrier UPS and are only delivered against signature.
If your country is not listed below, please contact us by email: bonjour@institut-kallista.com or via online chat; we will carefully review your request and find a solution to arrange a personalized shipment.

We deliver throughout Belgium via UPS, exclusively to your home with hand delivery.
Delivery costs:
- Orders under €49: €8.28
- Orders over €49: €6.20
Delivery times vary from 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery to Luxembourg 🇱🇺
We deliver throughout Luxembourg via UPS, exclusively to your home with hand delivery.
Delivery costs:
- Orders under €49: €8.28
- Orders over €49: €6.20
Delivery times vary from 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery to Germany 🇩🇪
We deliver throughout Germany via UPS, exclusively to your home with personal delivery.
Delivery costs:
- Orders under €49: €8.28
- Orders over €49: €6.20

We deliver throughout Italy via UPS, only to your home with hand delivery.

We deliver throughout Spain via UPS, only to your home with hand delivery.
Delivery costs:
- Orders under €49: €9.90

We deliver throughout Portugal via UPS, only to your home with hand delivery.

Delivery in Switzerland 🇨🇭
We deliver throughout Switzerland via UPS, to your home only.
Delivery costs:
- Orders under €49: €15.90
- Orders over €49: €14.90
Delivery times vary from 2 to 4 working days.
Customs fees may apply. As a guide, duties amounting to 8.1% of the total order value may be levied upon receipt. No fees apply to orders under 63 Swiss Francs.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are independent of our billing.
Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
