The ideal application routine:
Legs : Apply the cream using dynamic smoothing motions, moving from the ankle to the top of the thigh. Using your fingertips, perform vigorous pinching movements as you move along the legs, then perform dynamic smoothing motions again.
Stomach and Hips : Apply the cream to your stomach using circular motions. Then place both hands flat on your lower abdomen with your fingers facing down. Move one hand at a time towards your navel, smoothing dynamically. Finish the application by making circular motions on your hips and buttocks.
Arms : Apply the cream using dynamic smoothing motions, moving up from the elbow to the shoulder. Using your fingertips, perform firm pinch movements as you move down your arm, then perform dynamic smoothing motions again.
