Washable cotton makeup remover pads are a must-have for gently cleansing all skin types, even fragile and sensitive skin. They are available in packs of 5, 10, or 20 pads.
The cottons are certified Oekotex standard 100 class 1 fabric.

How to use washable makeup remover pads?
Just like disposable cotton pads, washable makeup remover pads are used in the same way. Instead of throwing them in the trash, simply store the washable makeup remover pad in a box, bag, or other container until you can put it in the washing machine.
For washing, the makeup remover pads can be machine washed at 40°C or tumble dried on a gentle cycle. Simply place the makeup remover pads in a net bag and then put them in the washing machine.
Kallista Tip: Every 6 months, soak your makeup remover pads in a basin of water with baking soda and white vinegar for 24 hours. Once the 24 hours are up, wash your pads at 60°C, rinsing them twice.
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.

Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.

We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.

You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.
