In practical terms, Sothys has developed products whose formulas contain at least 20% organic ingredients and a minimum of 95% plant-based ingredients. The process of obtaining and transforming these ingredients is respectful of the planet and human health, while also being based on green chemistry. The packaging for this range is eco-designed and manufactured in France or Europe:
- Box: The cardboard used for their manufacture comes from sustainably managed forests. The boxes are not cellophane-wrapped and are printed on both sides to eliminate the need for an insert leaflet.
- Bottle: Made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (recycled and recyclable plastic), its dispensing cap is made of recyclable polypropylene
- Tube: Made using PCR (Post-Consumer Recycling), meaning it's made from 50% recycled and 100% recyclable plastic. The removable cap is made of recyclable polypropylene, and the traditional aluminum seal has been replaced with an eco-designed sticker.
Sothys' Organics® line represents a responsible and beneficial purchase, as the brand partners with Plastic Rank, making its range plastic-neutral. For every kilogram of plastic used in packaging production, one kilogram of recycled plastic is collected to support recycling efforts.

Directions: On cleansed, dry or damp skin, apply in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly.

> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.

Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.

We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.

You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.
