Learn more : The micelles that make up this product are composed of gentle cleansing agents that have the unique characteristic of organizing themselves into spheres. Upon contact with the skin, they trap impurities for effective yet gentle makeup removal.
Directions : Apply the Micellar Water to a cotton pad. Gently massage in circular motions over your entire face and eyes. Do not rinse. Once your skin is clean, gently pat dry with a tissue or towel, but do not rub your face.
Kallista tip : To properly care for your skin, regularly exfoliate followed by a mask.
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.
> How to track your order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.
> What are the delivery costs in France?
Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.

We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.
> How to make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.
