The effective slimming routine:
This duo can be used morning and/or evening.
- Apply the Intensive Anti-Cellulite Serum to the areas you wish to target. 1 pipette = 1 area (example: one thigh = 4 areas, or 4 pipettes)
- Then apply the Lipo-Reducing Cream to the same areas to be treated
For each application of the products, perform kneading movements and/or use the palpate-roll technique to break up the fat cells and effectively penetrate the product. By performing these movements, you will have visible results!
What is the palpate-roll technique?
The palpate-roll technique is an essential method for combating cellulite and the dimpled appearance of the skin.
This technique involves trying to peel back the skin, holding it between the thumb and other fingers and then rolling it from the inside out.
