How to use Sothys desquacrem (online purchase)?
When you emulsify your soap paste, it transforms into a milky foam that carries away impurities. As long as impurities remain, it continues to foam. This is how you know when your skin is truly "clean": when there is no more foam. (read: How to Use)
For which skin type is Sothys desquacrem ideal?
Acting like a skin scrubber, it is therefore suitable for all skin types in need of cleansing, even sensitive skin, and also for dry skin because it is non-drying.
Usage: Apply Apply a small amount to damp skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 1 minute (except on sensitive skin), then massage to create a light lather and rinse. Repeat this step (emulsify then rinse) several times until completely removed.
Kallista's advice: Oily skin: twice a week. Normal/combination skin: once or twice a week. Dry/dehydrated skin: twice a month. If your skin is sensitive: emulsify immediately after application, without allowing it to absorb.

> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.

As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.

Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.

We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.

You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.
