How do I receive my digital gift card?
Choose your desired amount, add the gift card to your cart, and complete your order. Once payment is accepted, you'll instantly receive your digital gift card via email. The email will contain our store name, the card's value, and a PIN that will allow you to make purchases on our website.
What if it's a gift?
Simply forward the validation code in the email to the recipient. You can also forward the email you received directly so the recipient has all the necessary information.
How to use the digital gift card?
Make your product selection on our site and add them to your cart.
After validating your shopping cart, at checkout, simply enter the gift card code. The gift card can be used multiple times.
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.
> How to track your order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.
> What are the delivery costs in France?
Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.
> Delivery in Europe
We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.
> How to make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.

Return fees of €4.90 may apply depending on the reason for your return.
