In the shower, use the Exfoliating Soap all over your body, paying particular attention to areas affected by cellulite, lack of firmness, etc. Then, apply your gel treatment to all stubborn areas: arms, hips, thighs, saddlebags, and knees. You can use the treatment morning and/or evening.

Delivery times are calculated from the date the order is shipped and are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Any order placed before 1:00 PM Monday through Friday is shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday through Sunday evening are shipped the following day or on Monday.
