Delivery in France

Institut Kallista ships its cosmetic treatments throughout mainland France and Europe.

Any order validated before 1 p.m. (Monday to Friday) is prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. are prepared and shipped the next business day. No preparation or shipping is carried out on weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, once handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can then track the delivery of your order in real time.

Delivery in France

We ship our Sothys, Guinot, Thalgo, LPG, Maria Galland and Mary Cohr products to mainland France and Corsica.

Delivery Method

We offer several delivery methods:

• Delivery to a Relay Point via Mondial Relay, free for purchases of €49 or more.
• Home delivery to your mailbox, free for purchases of €69 or more.
• Home delivery with signature, free and systematic, for orders over €130, for enhanced security.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 5 business days from shipment. They vary depending on the selected carrier and the logistical conditions in force (periods of high activity, weather conditions, social movements or exceptional circumstances beyond our control).

Times are expressed in business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

During sales periods, the preparation time is extended due to the large volume of orders we receive.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
