Return and refund

Changed your mind? Want to return a product?

You can easily return or exchange your product within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, in accordance with Article L121-16 of the Consumer Code. We will do everything possible to assist you in this process and remain reachable, if necessary.

Returns should be sent to the following address:

> The process is simple:

• Go to your personal account on the website. Log in here
• Choose the order containing the product(s) you wish to return.
• Click on "Request a return"
• Then select the quantity of items you wish to return as well as the reason, and click "Request a return" again.
• Your request will be reviewed by our team and then approved or not. We will then send you your return label.
  
• Then, simply print your label, place the product in a box (you can use the same one we sent you). Close the package, stick on the return label, and then drop off the package at your nearest store or post office.

Please note that: Products must not have been used. Any product whose security packaging has been opened, damaged, soiled, etc., cannot be accepted for return and will not be eligible for exchange or refund. Institut Kallista reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.

Once the return is received and after verifying the product's compliance, you will receive your refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility if you made a mistake when placing your order or if you no longer want the product. They amount to €4.90.

Institut Kallista will only cover return shipping costs if there was an error on our part during preparation or if the product is defective.

Returns from Europe

Return conditions are the same for everyone. Whether the order was shipped to France or any other European country: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, etc.

Refund & Exchange

We will refund your order or the returned product using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. If you wish to receive a refund via a different method, please contact us.

Product exchanges are possible provided that the price of the returned product is the same as that of the product desired in exchange.

The refund will be processed upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
