Formulation of the Sothys Comfort Duo
With cotton extract, this Comfort cleansing duo is hypoallergenic, designed without fragrance, for the utmost respect of sensitive skin.
The softening cotton extract is incorporated as a vegetable milk for the cleansing milk and as a vegetable water for the lotion. It helps soothe the skin thanks to the Spa™ Thermal Water it contains, as it helps rebalance hypersensitivity and tolerance threshold.
The milk offers a creamy and comforting texture and the lotion, an aqueous texture to perfect makeup removal.

Directions for use: Pour the milk into the palm of your hand and apply with fingertips. Emulsify the face and neck then remove with cotton or rinse with water. Perfect makeup removal with the comfort lotion using a soaked cotton pad. Dry.
Kallista Tips: Remember to thoroughly dry your skin to limit dehydration by gently patting, without rubbing to avoid damaging the skin's protective film.
> What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are calculated from the order dispatch date and are expressed in working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Any order placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday is dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday until Sunday evening are dispatched on the following day or on Monday.
We do our utmost to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, as chosen by you.
> How to track your order?
As soon as your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, stating your tracking number. You will then be able to track its progress, from its departure from our premises to your delivery point.
> What are the delivery costs in France?
Delivery is free to a relay point for orders over €49 and to your home for orders over €69.
Any order over €130 will require a signature upon delivery.

We ship our entire product catalog (excluding Sothys) to all European countries via the UPS carrier.
Shipping costs for Europe start from €6.20. They are calculated automatically when you enter your information in the cart at the time of payment.
> How to make a return?
You can easily return your product within 14 days. You will then have the choice to exchange it or get a refund.
